Predictive Index Reference Profile Guide
Each individual Predictive Index (PI) is specific to the data of the assessment taker, however PI provided a quick hand way to gain access to the simple insights of a PI and they are referred to as Reference Profiles. On the top left corner of your report, you will see an icon with a corresponding name. This is your Reference Profile name. Attached here is the guide that provides general information about each Reference Profile. Please note these insights serve as a '30,000 foot' view of the person and does not provide any individual specifics for the persons PI data.
